NRS advocates for transparency and accountability in how such powers are exercised.</h2> <img width="41" height="46" src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Group-1.png" alt="" /> <h2>Simplify Policies</h2> <h2>We simplify complex policies and terminology, making it easy for businesses to understand and act on their IP rights. We also provide timely guidance and updates to keep our members informed.</h2> <img width="50" height="40" src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Group-130.png" alt="" /> <h2>Deliver Timely Updates</h2> <h2>At NRS, we proactively monitor and interpret policy shifts across RIRs and global bodies, then translate those updates into actionable insights for our members. We ensure you stay ahead—not caught off guard.</h2> <img width="47" height="46" src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Group-2.png" alt="" /> <h2>Restore Ownership</h2> <h2>At NRS, we believe the right to register and control IPs should lie with the actual businesses who operate the networks—not with centralized bodies. True ownership begins with control over registration rights.</h2> <h3>In addition,</br> we are committed to:</h3> <figure><img src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/ri_shield-check-fill-r78jwbu9bicprfcrdis7jpvzo601rvroxkhau0pnkg.png" title="ri_shield-check-fill" alt="ri_shield-check-fill" loading="lazy" /></figure><p>Creating a transparent, open market for IP addresses</p> <figure><img width="49" height="48" src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/ri_shield-check-fill-1.png" alt="" /></figure><p>Reducing unnecessary costs and bureaucracy in governance bodies</p> <figure><img src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/ri_shield-check-fill-r78jwbu9bicprfcrdis7jpvzo601rvroxkhau0pnkg.png" title="ri_shield-check-fill" alt="ri_shield-check-fill" loading="lazy" /></figure><p>Supporting governance candidates who represent our members’ voices</p> <figure><img width="49" height="48" src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/ri_shield-check-fill-1.png" alt="" /></figure><p>Advocating for lower RIR membership fees</p> <figure><img src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/ri_shield-check-fill-r78jwbu9bicprfcrdis7jpvzo601rvroxkhau0pnkg.png" title="ri_shield-check-fill" alt="ri_shield-check-fill" loading="lazy" /></figure><p>Helping businesses regain control over their IP registration rights</p> <h2>In addition,</br> we are committed to:</h2> <figure><img src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/ri_shield-check-fill-r78jwbu9bicprfcrdis7jpvzo601rvroxkhau0pnkg.png" title="ri_shield-check-fill" alt="ri_shield-check-fill" loading="lazy" /></figure><p>Creating a transparent, open market for IP addresses</p> <figure><img width="49" height="48" src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/ri_shield-check-fill-1.png" alt="" /></figure><p>Reducing unnecessary costs and bureaucracy in governance bodies</p> <figure><img src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/ri_shield-check-fill-r78jwbu9bicprfcrdis7jpvzo601rvroxkhau0pnkg.png" title="ri_shield-check-fill" alt="ri_shield-check-fill" loading="lazy" /></figure><p>Supporting governance candidates who represent our members’ voices</p> <figure><img width="49" height="48" src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/ri_shield-check-fill-1.png" alt="" /></figure><p>Advocating for lower RIR membership fees</p> <figure><img src="https://nrs.help/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/ri_shield-check-fill-r78jwbu9bicprfcrdis7jpvzo601rvroxkhau0pnkg.png" title="ri_shield-check-fill" alt="ri_shield-check-fill" loading="lazy" /></figure><p>Helping businesses regain control over their IP registration rights</p> <p>TESTIMONIALS</p> <h2>What Our Supporters Say</h2> I have gained significant knowledge about Internet governance. I truly valued the collaborative effort in creating a visual representation of our involvement as internet service providers, and so on. I hope NRS continues to operate in this positive manner. The time spent together with NRS and fellow Internet players was genuinely enjoyable. <cite>AISSATA CHANOUSSINiger.</cite> NRS has raised issues that are in the news, and we completely agree with them on the approach that aims to make things happen clearly, not through intimidation but through the desire to serve. <cite>Representative of ARCEPNiger.</cite> We thank NRS for its very edifying seminar which was a panel made up of all the stakeholders with an interactive debate which allowed us all to ask questions and understand the issues surrounding good governance. We wish NRS good luck. <cite>MOHAMED TRAOREMali IT Telecom.</cite> NRS deserves the spotlight. Their seminar was a great success here in Burundi. The theme is chosen to interest end users but also internet service providers, etc. The challenge faced by NRS is great and we wish them great success. <cite>VESTINE NAHIMANAPresident of the National Communication Council of Burundi.</cite> It was a very nice seminar that we took part in. I really appreciated the theme: good governance of the Internet but above all NRS has equipped itself with experienced people to develop this very vast theme, full of complexity. We wish NRS to move forward and clean up this environment which has become very dangerous. <cite>RANAIVOARISONComputer Network Administrator.</cite> <svg aria-hidden="true" viewBox="0 0 1000 1000" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"><path d="M646 125C629 125 613 133 604 142L308 442C296 454 292 471 292 487 292 504 296 521 308 533L604 854C617 867 629 875 646 875 663 875 679 871 692 858 704 846 713 829 713 812 713 796 708 779 692 767L438 487 692 225C700 217 708 204 708 187 708 171 704 154 692 142 675 129 663 125 646 125Z"></path></svg> <svg aria-hidden="true" viewBox="0 0 1000 1000" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"><path d="M696 533C708 521 713 504 713 487 713 471 708 454 696 446L400 146C388 133 375 125 354 125 338 125 325 129 313 142 300 154 292 171 292 187 292 204 296 221 308 233L563 492 304 771C292 783 288 800 288 817 288 833 296 850 308 863 321 871 338 875 354 875 371 875 388 867 400 854L696 533Z"></path></svg>
